No hacking - If you are caught hacking you will be banned. No warning or discussion.
No PvP - Player Killing is not allowed. Ever. If you are caught killing another player you will be kicked for the first offense and banned for the second offense. This is left up to the Admins and Moderators as accidents can happen. Friendly fire is off on this server, HOWEVER that only means that you can't kill people on your friends list. (CHECK YOUR TARGETS). If you are being pvp'ed or griefed in the server, DO NOT PVP back. Ask for an Admin in chat. Admins are always on, and we will take care of the issue and compensate all items/heath you lost. If you pvp back, you are incriminating yourself. (Afterall, your kill will show up in chat)
No Base Raiding / Looting / Destruction / Trolling - Base is defined by land claim. Punching a wall or the ground will indicate if area is claimed. Land claims offer unlimited protection from other players that are not on your friends list. Lock your chests and doors. Lock up anything you don't want taken. Do not share your passwords. If you are caught base raiding, destroying on claimed land you will be banned from this server. If a base is dormant for 14 days it becomes inactive and anyone can loot it. Take the LCB or claim it. If it is claimed by someone else.. you have lost it. No whining about it or stealing from it because you want revenge
You may not claim a prefab AT ALL. - Any land claim blocks found on a premade structure or overlapping a premade structure, including shops, houses, water towers, army camps, etc., will be removed by an Admin, and you will be banned.

Regarding prefabs, while fortifying them is OK, you may not strip them of signs, decorations, etc. so that they are unidentifiable. Prefabs should be open to other players (no locked doors).
Do not destroy loot containers...crates, chests, bird nests, safes, etc. Anything you can open and get loot out of, do not destroy it.
Etiquette - English Only, No racism, sexism, slurs, No swearing in chat, griefing. Violators will be banned. Do not spam the chat. All of this also applies to Teamspeak etiquette.
No Poaching Players - No advertising another server in chat or teamspeak. In the same respect, no encouraging other players from this server to join your server, or another server. PERIOD. It is rude, it is disrespectful and it's underhanded. People who do this will be banned on principle.
No sexually explicit names / name calling. These will not be tolerated, and your refusal to comply will result in a ban.
NO DROP MINING. Period. No need to ask if you can drop mine a small or large amount of terrain. The answer is the same. Violators will be banned.
